Have a chat about the book with a grown up and think about these questions:
- Everyone is special but what is special about you?
- Are you tall or short?
- Do you have freckles? Does anybody you know have freckles?
- What colour hair and eyes do you have? What about the people around you?
- How would you describe your hair?
- What skin colour do you have?
- What activities/hobbies do you like to do? What about the people in your family and your friends?
- Everybody is different – talk about some of the differences between you and your friends. What is the same about you and your friends?
