General support during school closure
Talk Talking to your child will help develop their language skills. Talk to your child in mother tongue. Here are some ideas…reading books, telling stories, singing songs, telling jokes, learning rhymes, watching television and talking about what happened, talking at meal times. |

Daily Routine Keep a daily routine and create a picture timetable with your child so they know what is happening in the day ahead. |

Play Giving your child time to play gives them the opportunity to learn e.g. through observation and exploration. |
